She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Marie Adams of Greensboro, NC and Aaliyah Tatyana Adams of Greensboro, NC; her stepmother Annie Welts; and her siblings, Tony Adams, Ashley Adams and Janet Nichols. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
