He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Mullins, Sr.; and his grandson Shannon Parson, II. He is survived by: his mother Lizzie Bullock Mullins; his significant other Gloria Harper; his children, Shannon Parson (Trudi), Bart Mullins, Natasha Miller and Alecia Mullins; his siblings, Credell Mullins, Diane Mullins, Kenney Ray Mullins (Robin) and Debbie Mullins; and his granddaughter Zoe Parson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
