She was predeceased by: her husband Aaron; and her sisters, Ruth Organ and Grace Peregoy. She is survived by: her daughter Jill; her son-in-law Tim Freeman of Raleigh; her son Gregory Brownstein of Winston-Salem; and her sisters, Ruby Brown of Missouri, Dorothy Cupps of Missouri and Sue Ferguson of Missouri.
