He was predeceased by: his parents, Onnie Woolard and Minnie Woolard; his son Wayne "Doc" Woolard; and his daughter-in-law Karla Woolard. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Dalton and Doug (Lori); his grandchildren, Parker, Bethany "Gracie" and Landon; his siblings, Joyce Jones, Judy Hannig, Bernice Garrick, Deloris York, Carol Edwards, Melvin Woolard, Sandra Watson and Tammy Alligood; and his brother-in-law Johnny Sloan.
