He is survived by: his parents, Walter Underwood and Elizabeth Underwood; his siblings, Ethan Underwood (Kari), Benjamin Underwood and Katherine of Greensboro; and his grandparents, Harry, Katherine Ralston of McDowell and Virginia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
