He is survived by: his children, Nancy Mitchell, Betty Wilson, Judy Wilson, Debby Gomulka (John), Ron Wilson, Bill Wilson and Jim Wilson (Edith); and his great grandchildren, Johnny Mitchell, Haylie, Averi, Eliza, Anders Nelson, Alexa Wilson and Arianna Wilson.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Greensboro (617 N Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401).
