He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Shang-Ling Fu and Chen-Te Chang Fu. He is survived by: his sisters, Dr. Victoria R. Fu of Blacksburg and Pearl Fu Magovern (Dennis) of Winston-Salem; his nephew Shannon W. Magovern; and his niece Kyna W. Magovern.
