He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Doherty and Henry Westcott; and his brother Richard Westcott. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Cannon Westcott; his children, Lisa Hollins (Brian), Kelly Avery (Brian) and Carrie Holmes (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Caroline Hollins, Sarah Hollins, Dylan Avery, Peyton Avery, Skyler Avery, Gabriella Holmes, Olivia Holmes, Naomi Holmes and Abigail Holmes; and his brother William Westcott.
