He is survived by: his wife Etta Perdue Kirkman; his daughter Jenifer Kirkman Locklear (Shane); his grandsons, Madox, Connor and Hudson Locklear; his father Cleo Kirkman; his brother Randy Kirkman (Karen); his niece Heather Kirkman DeHart (Joe); and his great-niece Jodi DeHart.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the George Brothers Funeral Service (803 Greenhaven Dr, Greensboro, NC 27406). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at the Guilford Memorial Park (6000 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407).
