She was predeceased by: her parents, Reid Shaw and Carrie Shaw. She is survived by: her husband William R. Mills; her children, Jon W. Mills (Atsuko Hirosawa) and Bene'Closson (Wesley); her grandchildren, Aaden Mills, Ian Mills, Chandler Mills and Katie Carter; her granddaughter-in-law Charlotte Mills; and her great grandchild Halston Mills.

She and Bill were two peas in a pod, were always together and always held hands. I will miss her sense of humor along with the cornbread she always sent over. We would go out each Monday for Chinese and it amazed me how Bill waited on her. She said he had always treated her that way. Deborah you will be missed. RIP.”
