He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie W. Williams and Thelma Beasley Williams; his brother Charles Ray Williams; and his sister-in-law Sybil Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Williams; his daughter Kelly W. Baker; his granddaughter Hayley Baker; and his brother Jimmy Williams.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Bethel Methodist Church of Oak Ridge, 8424 Haw River Rd. Oak Ridge, NC 27310.
