She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Tate and Vida Belle Harvey Kivette; her husband Charles Henry Farthing; and her daughter Sherry B. Levan. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Huffine, Lisa Hawkins (Bryan) and Eric Cable; her grandchildren, Blaine, Brandon Huffine, Erin and Ian Cable; her great grandchildren, Mack and Caleigh Cable; and her caregivers, Daphene Gaines, Dana T. Needham and Sandra Brim.
