Edward V. Holden Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward V. Holden Sr. of Greensboro, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Edward V. may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jeris E. Holden; his sister Jennie Adams; and his brother-in-law Robert Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Vann Holden (Teresa) and Kim Hagan (Mark); and his siblings, Martha Sue Thompson, Bob Holden and Henry Holden.
