She was predeceased by: her son Charles Aubrey Davidson; and her parents, Otto Collins and Bertha Collins. She is survived by: her husband Charles Whedbee of Greensboro's Guilford College; her children, Martha Cooper (John) of Greenville, SC, Wayne Davidson (Cindy) of Randleman, NC, Lynne Pendse (Prabhakar) of Wilmington, NC and Jeff Davidson (Deidre) of Seagrove, NC.; and her grandchildren, Michael Cooper (Lauren), Kate Thompson (Dean), Lindsay Benfer (Brian), Nancy Bullard (Seth), Kelly Capobianco (Greg), Brandon Crockett (Kaitlyn), Chris Davidson and Baylee Davidson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Guilford College United Methodist Church (1205 Fleming Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410).
