She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Godfrey and Edna Godfrey of High Point; and her brother Heath Godfrey of Greensboro, NC.. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Forward of Greensboro, NC; her daughter Tara Hertzell (Justin); her grandchildren, Heidi and Braxtyn of Charlotte, NC; her son Edward "Buddy" Forward (Vida); her grandchildren, Boyce and JanJay of New York, NY; her brother Michael Godfrey (Kristine); her niece Kaitlyn; her nephew Spencer of Greensboro; her sister-in-law Frances Godfrey; her nibling Lindsey Costello (Bobby); Logan Costello of Greensboro.
