She was predeceased by: her husband Atlas David Lancaster, Jr.; her parents, Eddie Wesley Cain, Sr. and Mary Neal Cain; and her siblings, Eddie Wesley Cain Jr., David Neil Cain and Dorothy Brown.
She is survived by: her son Rev. Michael "Lanny" Lancaster (Janet) of Kernersville; and her grandsons, Dr. Noah Michael Lancaster (Lindsay) and Rev. Jacob Atlas Lancaster. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Guilford College United Methodist Church (1205 Fleming Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410).
