She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemley Fagg and Gracie Smith; her husband Dana Otto; and her grandson Trevor C. Hensdale. She is survived by: her children, Steven Hensdale (Malasri), Richard Hensdale (Pamela) and Robin Longworth; and her grandchildren, Chad Hensdale, Carrie Hensdale Evans, Sarah Bos Harrington, Jason Bos and Tyler Hensdale. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
