He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann D'Amato; his sons, Brian Paul Vincent D'Amato and Ennio Lee D'Amato; his grandchildren, Kayla Marie D'Amato and Vince Nathan D'Amato; and his siblings, Arturo D'Amato, Vince D'Amato (Renee), Philip D'Amato (Irene) and Marylou Woods (Bryan).
