She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Lee and Constance "Connie" Lee. She is survived by: her husband Steve Pennell; her children, Steven Pennell (Julie) and Katie P. Lipscomb (Edward); her grandchildren, Montana Pennell, Trevor and Abbey Lipscomb; and her siblings, Judy Smithey, Wayne Lee Sr., Gerald Lee and Brian Lee. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
