He is survived by: his wife Teresa Stepp; his son Lamont Williams; his mother Myrtle Stepp Norman; and his siblings, James Stepp, Sr. (Carolyn), Cynthia Stepp, Bryant Keith Stepp, Monica Stepp Harris and Tonya Stepp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
