Frank Leamon James Sr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 11, 2026, at the age of 84, Frank Leamon James Sr. of Greensboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Leamon and Louise Arminta Harrell James; his wife Lorraine James; his daughters, Tina Perkins and Lisa Benson; and his sister Shirley Long.

He is survived by: his children, Sharon Robbins, Frank "Frankie" James, Jr. (Wendy) and Chris James (Sara); his grandchildren, Erica Phillips (Stephen), Mackenzie James, Caiden James, Jessica James, Jennifer McBee, James Benson, Jr., Taylor Jones and Laura Mangum; and his great grandchild Morgan James.
