She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovid "Chap" Stone and Tessie Bryant Stone; and her brothers, JD Stone, Ovid Stone Jr., Hubert Stone and Bobby Stone.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Absher (Ruth) of Summerfield and Lisa Neal (Chris Trentini) of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Meredith Kincaid (John Hopeck) of Atlanta, Michael Absher (Ashia) of Greensboro, Brooke Kincaid (Aaron Colton) of Atlanta and Karen Absher (Benjamin Lin) of Winston-Salem; her great grandchildren, Ellie Absher, Lucy Hopeck and Nina Hopeck; and her siblings, Gary Stone of North Wilkesboro and Linda Church of Purlear, NC..
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Forbis & Dick Guilford Chapel (5926 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410).
