He is survived by : his wife Shirley Wilkins Cothren of Greensboro, NC; his sons, Glenn David Cothren, Jr. (Nancy) of Jamestown, NC and Gary Dale Cothren (Julie) of Greensboro, NC; his stepchildren, Tony Wilkins of Greensboro, NC, Marcia Kevitt, NCsisters, Joan Saintsing of Thomasville, NC and Judy McAdams of Pleasant Garden, NC; his siblings-in-law, Mary Cothren of Wilkesboro, NC, Nancy "Doodle" Weston of Staley, NC and Roy Pope of Sunset Beach, NC; and his grandchildren, Kevin Cothren, Brandon Cothren, Jordan Cothren, Joshua Cothren, Toni Cothren and Abbie Cothren. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
