He was predeceased by: his parents, Broadus Atlas Griffin and Ruth Barber McCracken; and his brother Tommy McCracken. He is survived by: his wife Fran Griffin; his children, Julia Griffin Deltano (Keith) and Allen Lanier Griffin (Denisa); his grandchildren, Sawyer Deltano, Maeve Deltano, Jonas Deltano, Victoria Griffin McClellan (Ethan), Adam and Allison; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Oliver; and his brother Rev. Ronn McCracken (Angelia).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tabernacle Methodist Church (5721 Methodist Rd, Greensboro, NC 27406).
