She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Preston and Juanita Pearman Preston; her sister Martha Jo Preston; her niece Bonita Beshears; and her nephews, Bobby Honeycutt, Randy and Brad Mills.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" D. Preddy; her children, Phillip Preddy (Rebecca) and Holly Herring (Josh); her grandchildren, Rylie Cole, Gannon Herring, Liam Preddy and Isaac Preddy; her sister Bonnie P. Mills; her nieces, Lisa Honeycutt and Tonia Mills; and her nephew Greg Beshears.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to Stokesdale United Methodist Church.
