She was predeceased by: her father Rev. Walter B. (Mary Conley Cook); and her siblings, Charles C. Cook, Walter B. Cook and Mildred C. Worsham. She is survived by: her daughter Julia "Julie" E. West of Greensboro; and her pet Charlie.
