He is survived by: his wife Patty of Kernersville, NC; his children, Alyssa Watry of Green Bay, WI, Thomas Van Sistine of Green Bay, WI, Alex Denis of Newark, OH and Christian Van Sistine of Green Bay, WI.; and his siblings, Tom Van Sistine of Matthews, NC, Lynn Leurquin of Green Bay, Bob Van Sistine of Dunedin, FL and Annie Van Sistine of Largo, FL. He is also survived by nine beautiful grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
