She is survived by: her children, Paul Franklin Smith, Jr. and Thomas Randall Smith (Patricia); her grandchildren, Tiffany Chambers (Roger), Timothy Smith (Crystal), Sarah Gregory and Zachary Smith (Laura); her great grandchildren, Roger Chambers, Jr. (Brittney), Willow Gregory and Timothy Rex Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Elena and Regina Chambers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
