He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret Holland Williford; his parents, Ira Williford and Mary Williford; and his siblings, Elvin Williford, Ira Williford Jr. and Pauline Horton.

He is survived by: his wife Billie Gauldin Williford; his daughters, Debbie Wrenn (Don) and Elaine Greene (John); his sister Elizabeth Grimes; and his stepchildren, Beverly Stanley, Rodney Dabbs (Amy), Richie Dabbs (Aimee) and Randy Dabbs (Theresa). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 7 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
