She was predeceased by: her parents, Bollie Nick Bass and Mary Frances Sykes Bass; her husband Harold L. "Perk" Purgason; her son H. Lee Purgason; and her brothers, JW Bass, Maurice Bass, Clinton Bass, Earl Bass and Bill Bass.
She is survived by: her brother Pete Bass; her daughter Linda Foushee (Randy); her grandchildren, W. Lane Foushee, Diana Cole (Andrew), Cara Carrillo (Raul) and David Purgason; and her great grandchildren, Weston and Charlie.
