She is survived by: her children, Deborah M. Holbrook of McLeansville, David C. Hayes (Aleta) of Greensboro and Matthew T. Hayes (Mary) of Jamestown; her sister Constance Lampman Barker of Fonda, NY; and her grandchildren, Melanie W. Garner, Amber N. Hayes, Krystin Dunwoody, Ryan Hayes, Mary F. Puckett, Christopher R. Puckett, David S. Holbrook, Gary Eugene Holbrook, Jr., Lilliane R. Garner, Jaxon H. Garner, Riley R. Wagoner, Austin M. Burris, Ethan T. Holbrook, Lexi T. Holbrook, Oliver Holbrook and Emma Charlie Holbrook. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
