He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marion Banaszak and Irene Swiontek Banaszak; and his brother Leonard Banaszak. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Winfree Banaszak; his children, Amy Williams of Greensboro and Aaron Royston (Rebekah) of River Bend, NC; and his brother Tom Banaszak of Indiana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
