He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayford Jarvis and Pauline Jarvis (Carter); his wife Pat; and his son Jeff. He is survived by: his son Scott (Shannon) of Browns Summit; his grandchildren, Haley Strickland (Kelsie) of Kernersville, Jordan Jarvis (Dalton) of Greensboro and Justin Jarvis of Reidsville; his brother Robert Jarvis (Janice) of Siler City; his nephew Brian Jarvis (Sarah); his nieces, Cindie Sillmon (David) and Wendy Bailey (Derek); and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by eight great-nephews; one great-niece.
