He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Weeks (Jay Cole), Lori Boldt (Terry), Kelley Tucker (Steven) and Shelley Roupas-Cantrell (Todd); his sister Sylvia Cox; his nephews, Alan Cox and Ken Cox (Samantha); his grandchildren, Jack, Luke, Liz, Patrick Boldt, Mackenzie, Austin Tucker, Thomas, David Roupas, McLaren and Baxter Cantrell; and his nieces, Lindley and Kate.
