He is survived by: his brother Bud (Mark Yandle); his wife Dolores Allen (Risa); his brother Ronnie (Dolores); his nephews, David Witherspoon (Lisa), Michael Witherspoon, James Logan Witherspoon, Jr. (Ashley) and Allen Witherspoon (Pen); his niece Teresa Burgess (Joe); his grandchildren, Amber Longino (Billy), Carter Burgess, Rachel Witherspoon, Victoria Witherspoon, Megan Witherspoon, Gracie Burgess, Emily Witherspoon, Lila Witherspoon, Grey Witherspoon, Charlotte Witherspoon and Palmer Witherspoon; and his great grandchild Cooper Longino.
