She is survived by: her husband Tom; her sister Joyce Hayworth (Thomas); her children, Scott Cunningham, Caren Ellisor (Jay) and Craig Cunningham (Lauren); her grandchildren, Claire Billman (Chris), Jamie Conley (Nathan) and Jason Ellisor; and her brother-in-law Jim Cunningham (Becky). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
