She was predeceased by: her parents, LaFayette Edward Worley and Myrtle Lee Wigs; and her siblings, Buddy Worley and Carolyn Teasley. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Green; her daughter Kara Campbell; and her sister Ann Sykes.
