She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Jacob Hammer and Amy Shields Hammer; her son Curtis Marsh Jr.; and her sister Betty Thompson Nuese (Glenn Ray Cardwell). She is survived by: her former husband Curtis Marsh Sr.; her husband Glenn Ray Cardwell; and her children, Rick Marsh of Kernersville, N. C., Mike Cardwell (Nancy) of Lumberton, N. C., Anita Cardwell of Greensboro, N. C., Kim Brown of Greensboro, N. C. and Terry Cardwell (Kimlah) of Kernersville, N. C.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
