He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Moore; his parents, Charles Moore and Linda Moore of Pleasant Garden; his children, Jasper Moore, Ariel Moore, Jason Moore II and Payton Moore; his grandchildren, Jason Moore III, Alina Dawn and Madelynn Moore; his sister Annie Routh of Pleasant Garden; his aunt Debbie; and his uncle Anthony. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
