He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Smith and Clara Smith. He is survived by: his wife Amelia Huffman Smith; his brothers, Tommy Smith (Debbie) and Bobby Smith (Ann); his nephew Eric Smith (Rebecca); his great-niece Catherine; his great-nephew Carl Edward; and his nephew Tyler Smith. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Well-Spring Solutions Memory Care Center, which Jeff attended up until he went into a nursing facility.
