He is survived by: his wife Esther Fuqua (Diane); his children, Charlene Sykes (John) and Jerry Arnold Fuqua, Jr. (Tina Allen); his granddaughters, Megan Carol Fuqua and Kathryn Elaine Fuqua; his grandson-in-law Cole Barnes; and his sister Lisa West.
