He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Thomas Proctor Sr. and Martha Eula Mabe Proctor; and his siblings, Tommy Duley Proctor and Phyllis Jane Lowry. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Proctor; his sister Brenda "Cookie" Proctor Winfree; and his nephew Tommy Dixon. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Center United Methodist Church (6142 Lake Brandt Rd, Greensboro, NC 27455).
