As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jo Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Barker Russell and Margaret Chatfield Russell; the father of her children Daniel Larey Edwards, Jr.; and her husband Kenneth E. Cox. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Edwards Sherman and Susan Edwards Glynn; and her stepchildren, Jay Cox, Kay Arbogast and Paul Cox. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
