JoAnn Huffman Scoggin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn Huffman Scoggin of Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 23, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of JoAnn Huffman Scoggin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Gordon Scoggin; her children, Johanna Roxane Scoggin Woody (Ed), William Kevin Scoggin Sr. (Debi) and Harry Lee Scoggin Sr. (Jayne); her parents, Margaret Mae Keller Huffman and Harry Lee Huffman; and her sister Virginia Lee Huffman Collier.
She is survived by: her sons, Marvin Gordon Scoggin Jr. (Peggy), Nathan Ward Scoggin (Donna) and Brian Heath Scoggin (Maureen). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Forbis & Dick Funeral Service - Guilford Chapel (5926 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forbis and Dick Funeral Service (5926 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Round Hill Church (6536-6598 Hudlow Rd, Union Mills, NC 28167).
