She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Franklin Freeman Sr. and Thelma Freeman Hora O'Donnell (John Brown Mims). She is survived by: her fiancé John; her cousin Greensboro; her caregivers, Renee Bunton, Joann White and Lindsay Nelson; her brother Joseph Franklin Freeman, Jr. (Natalie); her siblings-in-law, Patsy Coble Freeman, Norman Jay Campbell, Robert Mims (Ann) and James Mims; her nephew Joseph Franklin Freeman III; her niece Sara Mims Pannell; her daughters, Deborah Mims Hunt (David) and Patricia Mims Neill (Chip); her grandchildren, Preston Andrew Neill (Jillian) and Lauren Elisabeth Neill; her sister Phyllis Freeman Campbell; her sister-in-law Katheryn Wall Mims (late James) of High Point; her nieces, Karen C. Johnson (Steve), Donna C Harper (Jimmy Harper) and Brenda C Keany (Patrick Keany); and her nephew Andy Freeman (Channing). She is also survived by fourteen great nieces and nephews, one great, great niece and four great, great nephews.
