He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Galvin, Jr. and Nancy G. Godwin. He is survived by: his wife Lisa H. Galvin; his children, Deborah (Michael Emmert) and John F. (Brook Galvin); his grandchildren, Olivia Emmert, Cameron Emmert, Lane Galvin and Riley Galvin; his stepdaughters, Brie Sisak and Sarah Hamblet; and his stepgrandson Chase Sisak.
