He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Davis Pendleton; his children, Michael Pendleton (Alesia), Teresa Pendleton and Jennifer Pendleton Johnson (Joe); and his grandchildren, Carlie Pendleton Desjardins (David), John Pendleton (Brianna) and Wesley Misenheimer.
