It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Melvin Ferrone (Greensboro, North Carolina), born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on August 9, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though John Melvin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his grandpap Archie Mitchell; and his mother Helen Mitchell Ferrone. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ferrone; and his children, Kenneth Ferrone and Melissa Ferrone (Craig). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
