He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rush; his children, Jason Rush (Christina) of Carolina Shores, Kendall Moser (Travis) of Oak Ridge and Megan Snow (Andrew) of Greensboro; his brothers, Don Rush of Hickory and James Rush of Greensboro; and his grandchildren, Addison Moser and Lucy Moser.
