She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Ann Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Alvis Fetzer Smith and Florence Novella Nolen; her siblings, Bruce Smith (Gloria Cline Smith) of Concord, NC and Brenda S. Morse of Charlotte, NC; her nephew Dr. Jeffery R. Smith (Robb Fishman) of New York, NY; and her niece Melanie B. Grashot of Madison, AL.. She is also survived by parents and pet.
